ok so i am in serious need of some opinions... you guys are so motivating and i really could use all the advice i can get....
In 10 days i am going to mexico for a vacation.... in the past 3 months i have lost around 20 pounds for this trip....i have always wanted to be thin but could never motivate myself enough for this trip....
i am going to turn 18 while im down there are want to look good in a swimsuit for once....my goal has always been this for the past 3 months....
my problem is my period is about to start so im gaining and im so depressed about it....i need to lose the most weight possible in the next 10 days.....i know its short but the first 20 pounds seem so worthless if i cant finish on a good note before i go....
so here are my stats...
5'6
HW 150
LW 129
CW 134
im rather athletic so the muscle helps make me look decent at my weight....but any ideas or advice at all would be a lifesaver!
